Welcome back to a time before there existed vulgar sitcoms, Genetic Engineering, marital desecration, & public schools that corrupt children. When people actually had manners and were more respectful towards other people. When kids preferred to play outside and use their imaginations instead of being chained to a HD TV set. Yes, those were simpler times! Clean family sitcoms from the 1950's,1960's,1970's,& 1980's. Enjoy!
Notice This When You Watch "Different Strokes"
When you watch the "Different Strokes" episode "The Relative"please see if you can notice a comment from Mr. Drummond which I think is sad. He tells the boys' cousin " ...and they pray every Sunday." with much pride. Now reflect on this, esteemed viewers, If you constantly do favors for a person everyday and they only say "Thank You" to you once a week, would you not think that they are ungrateful? G-D gives us everything that we have everyday of our lives. Is it appropriate to devote hours everyday to watching TV or doing other things, yet only pretend we think about him one hour a week? What if G-D decided to give us food or other things that we need once a week only? To truly prosper in life we must give thanks to G-D for everything that we have (everyday) and acknowledge that everything comes from HIM. If one is not grateful to G-D for what G-D gives him then G-D will take away from that person what HE gave them as a result of their lack of gratitude.
